    During refurbishment, we replace outdated laser sources with modern AUXXOS fiber lasers: tailor-made and process-reliable. Thanks to our mechanical, electrical and optical adjustment, the new lasers can be easily integrated into existing systems. All interfaces are precisely tailored to the existing infrastructure. The result is a laser system that is not only ready for use again, but also runs stably over the long term. The safety-related approval is, of course, included.

    We test the existing system, evaluate the existing laser source and clarify the technical interfaces. Together, we determine what can be replaced, adapted, or retained.

    Integration & Remodeling

    Our fiber lasers are precisely fitted mechanically, electrically and optically into the existing system. In doing so, we take into account space conditions, connection conditions and process-specific requirements.

    Start-up & Acceptance

    Successful integration is followed by test operation, fine-tuning and safety-related approval. Your new system is immediately ready for production — process-reliable and at the cutting edge of technology.

    Case study: Converting a DMG Sauer Lasertec 80 PowerDrill with a Lasag laser

    An AUXXOS fiber laser for Lascript Lasertechnology GmbH & Co KG

    Lascript Lasertechnologie GmbH & Co KG from Austria specializes in high-precision laser processing — from micro-cutting and structuring to sophisticated drilling processes in metallic materials. In one of their processing centers, a DMG Sauer Lasertec 80 PowerDrill with integrated Lasag laser, the original laser could no longer be used reliably: outdated technology, no spare parts, limited process stability.

    Instead of replacing the entire system, Lascript opted for a refurbishment from AUXXOS. The lasag laser was replaced by a modern AUXXOS fiber laser source. The challenge: mechanically, electrically and visually clean integration into the existing system — including safety-related approval.

    Today, the Lasertec 80 works reliably again in 5-axis operation, with an AUXXOS fiber laser. The benefits: higher energy efficiency, improved process reliability and a significant increase in future security through a system that can be maintained and adapted over the long term. Replacing the laser source has given the system a second life — and opened up new technical possibilities for Lascript.
