What our systems do starts with the people who make them possible. Almost 20 colleagues contribute their know-how to AUXXOS: in development, application, customer contact, assembly or clean room. Different functions, one common goal: laser solutions that consist of sophisticated manufacturing processes.
Our team is as diverse as our projects, with expertise in optics, software, mechanics, organization and application. We don't believe in rigid job profiles, but in good ideas and technical curiosity. That is why we are always happy to have people who are a good fit for us.
Andreas Koschnik and André Le Guin got to know each other as colleagues, united by a shared passion for precise laser technology and the desire to develop their own solutions. In 2012, they founded AUXXOS with the aim of bringing lasers from the scientific environment to industry.
Today, with almost 20 colleagues, AUXXOS Lasertechnik in Amtzell develops tailor-made laser systems, optics and applications for industries where precision is not negotiable. Our claim: Technology that adapts to the process. Not the other way around.
