What happens when four specialists from the fields of punching technology, toolmaking, automation and laser technology develop a system together? A high-performance punching line that produces 500 two-piece round socket contacts per minute, with integrated laser welding directly in the punching tool. BRUDERER, KRAMSKI, LEICHT and AUXXOS have combined their know-how in a joint project and created a solution that sets standards today. AUXXOS provided the entire laser technology for this: from welding optics to fiber laser sources.
The core of the system is a precision tool from KRAMSKI, integrated into a BRUDERER high-performance punching machine with double servo feed. Two different strip materials are pulled in parallel, punched, assembled and laser welded directly in the tool: in a continuous process, at full production speed. AUXXOS will integrate the laser with three high-precision optics and a synchronized laser process. The result: maximum process reliability with minimal heat input.
Where precision from different areas is to be combined, more is needed than strong individual components. The success of this punching plant shows what is possible when partners from different disciplines combine their expertise. From the initial idea to commissioning, a process was created that sets new standards in speed, precision and reliability. For AUXXOS, it was more than just a project — it was an example of how technology, know-how and partnership development lead to real innovation.
